ORDERS

HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?

Committed to having a positive impact to the environment and slow fashion the brand works on a pre-order system. It will take 1-2 weeks for printing production. Once production has been completed an email will be sent to notify customers of the chosen delivery option and will arrive within that timeframe. Understandably this is a long waiting period however, this is to reduce unwanted stock and landfill waste. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the order has been submitted, it can’t be changed. However, you can return items. Please visit our return section here.

DO YOU RESTOCK?

Due to the pre-order system this means the collections are limited. However, Sahar° by ModestMira will consider restock depending on products popularity

SHIPPING

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. To get an accurate estimate of shipping costs, we recommend adding all the items you like to your cart then begin the checkout process where you’re able to enter your shipping address and get an exact shipping cost based on your item(s) & location.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes - we ship to most countries around the world.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

We are not responsible for custom charges that may occur upon arrival. We cannot guarantee there will not be custom charges.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@saharbymodestmira.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
